Our rewards program makes it easy for you to earn discounts on each purchase. All you need to do is sign up and let us take care of the rest each time you shop!

What are your rewards?

We offer coupon codes and discount codes when you earn points for shopping with us. Even easier, as soon as you sign up you can redeem your first £2 off code to use right away.

200 points = £2 off

500 points = £5 off

1000 points = £10 off

 *Minimum spend on orders apply to rewards

How do I claim my rewards?

Whenever you are ready to claim a reward just sign into your account and use your points to claim a reward. You can then use you voucher whenever you like in our checkout.

 

If I have bought a product on another website am I still eligible for reward points?

Of course you are. Any purchase made from 01 Jan 2021 on any website that sells our products such as Etsy, Amazon, Facebook Store just contact us at customersupport@mytridesigns.com and send us your order number/receipt. We will gladly update your account with our rewards points to be used on our store. 

 

How do I join?

Just set up an account with us here or if you have an account with us already just log in and check your loyalty rewards under the Rewards icon at the bottom of the page.

 

I am having difficulty accessing my rewards.
